A leading consumer goods company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager to lead field sales teams and manage B2B relationships. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of FMCG sales experience and strong leadership skills. This role includes executing marketing promotions and analyzing sales data to drive growth. Opportunities for travel are available as part of a dynamic field-oriented environment.
Lead and coach field sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients: hotel chains, restaurant groups, catering services, and café operators.
Manage distribution across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce.
Execute trade marketing promotions and ensure strong brand visibility (POSM).
Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock/overstock situations.
Analyze sales data, track competitors, and report performance.
Handle key accounts and conduct regular field visits.
S1/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6-8 years of sales experience in FMCG, with 4-5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in managing commercial accounts and closing B2B deals.
Strong understanding of Horeca operations and purchasing behavior.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and trade marketing.
Proficient in Excel; field sales experience required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and work in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.
