A leading company in Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources Development and General Affairs Manager to oversee the full employee life cycle and develop effective HR policies. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in managerial roles, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves spearheading talent management initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws, all while working in a dynamic environment.
Overseeing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the business
Providing guidance and advice to managers on HR-related matters
Spearheading talent management initiatives, including training, development and succession planning
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Collaborating cross-functionally to foster a positive, productive and engaged workforce
Continuously improving HR processes and practices to drive organisational efficiency
Minimum 10 years' experience in a HR & GA role especially experienced in Organizational Development or HRBP, within 5 years as Managerial Roles
Experienced creating HRMS (Human Resources Management System)
Able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
