Our mission is to be the regional commercial and operational partner for Grab's country teams, driving e‑commerce growth and ensuring core partner excellence. We own the regional growth strategy, category vision, and commercial performance, managing strategic funding to accelerate new use cases. We simultaneously strengthen our core supermarket business by providing deep operational expertise and partnership management.
Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Head of Growth and Partnerships and lead the Commercial Strategy & Marketplace pillar. In this role, you will be the team's commercial architect, owning the regional e‑commerce commercial strategy, profitability, and our future commerce vision. You will be the primary business thought‑partner for Product teams related to Monetization and AI, shaping the sustainable, long‑term growth of our e‑commerce business. You will be based onsite.
