Senior Manager Accounting, Finance and Tax

Oversee cost management to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Manage and monitor risk management processes to mitigate financial and operational risks.

Review and advise on monthly account performance, highlighting variances and recommending improvements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related discipline.

Graduate from a top-tier university (Top Five ranking).

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Senior Accounting Manager roles within the Food & Beverage industry.

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Essential.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with Jurnal ID accounting software.

Proven track record in financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting operations.

In-depth understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical mindset with commitment to professional growth and development.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

Based in Tangerang with immediate availability to commence employment.

English is a must.

Have IFRS Accounting Certificate.
