• 4–6 years of experience in debt restructuring or loan settlements.
• Strong experience negotiating with P2P lenders, banks, and collection agencies in Indonesia.
• Active relationships within the Indonesian lending and collections ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations with lenders for complex or high-exposure cases.
• Develop negotiation strategies based on borrower profile and exposure.
• Negotiate principal reductions, interest waivers, and structured settlements.
• Manage settlements across current, overdue, and charged-off accounts.
• Review settlement strategies within assigned authority.
• Identify escalation cases and develop escalation strategies.
• Build lender relationships to facilitate negotiations and improve outcomes.
