A consulting firm in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to manage all legal aspects related to clients' investments in Indonesia. The role requires expertise in PMA/PMDN processes and the OSS system, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills. A Bachelor of Law degree and relevant experience are essential for this position.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Officer to manage and oversee all legal aspects related to their clients' investments and operations in Indonesia. This role is critical for ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly concerning business establishment and property development.

Manage and execute the full legal process for the establishment of Foreign Direct Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN) companies, including preparation and submission of all required documentation.
Expertly operate the OSS system for business licensing, including obtaining NIB (Business Identification Number) and various operational licenses.
Provide expert legal advice and manage the documentation process related to Building Approval (PBG, SLF, etc).
Stay updated on all changes and updates to Indonesian corporate, investment, and property law/regulations to ensure all client documentation and company practices are legally sound.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents for the company and its clients.
Serve as the primary legal resource, providing strategic and actionable legal counsel to internal teams and clients on corporate and compliance matters.
Proven experience as a Legal Officer or Legal Counsel, preferably within a consulting firm or a company dealing extensively with PMA/PMDN establishments.
Mandatory in-depth knowledge of the process and documentation for company incorporation (PMA/PMDN) in Indonesia.
Expert proficiency in operating and utilizing the Indonesian OSS system for licensing and permits.
Strong understanding of Indonesian building regulations and the processes for obtaining PBG and SLF.
Excellent ability to research, interpret, and apply updated Indonesian legal documentation and regulations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from a reputable university.
