Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master’s degree in Law is preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, project finance, cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, governance, regulatory, environmental, and project finance law.
• Licensed attorney with Indonesian bar membership (PERADI) is preferred.
• Strong analytical judgment, negotiation capability, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.

• Coordinate litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigations, and external counsel.

• Represent the Legal function in discussions with regulators, government bodies, partners, and industry associations when delegated.

You will work closely with management, project teams, business functions, regulators, government bodies, partners, lenders, and external counsel to manage legal risk while enabling practical and commercially sound business decisions.

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, project finance, cross‑border transactions, regulatory compliance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, governance, regulatory, environmental, and project finance law.
• Experience handling complex contracts, strategic transactions, disputes, and multi‑stakeholder legal matters.
• Licensed attorney with valid Indonesian bar membership, such as PERADI, is preferred.
• Strong analytical judgment, negotiation capability, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
