Job description

Manage end-to-end influencer (KOL) operations, including acquisition, engagement, contract negotiation, scheduling, and content execution across e-commerce short videos, livestreaming, and other relevant channel.

Collect, organize, and analyze livestreaming and influencer marketing data, ensuring strong GMV and ROI performance.

Develop GMV and sales growth strategies through affiliate programs.

Set KOL affiliate targets and monitor performance.

Support execution of affiliate campaigns to achieve GMV targets.

Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Campaigns.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel) to measure reach, engagement, conversions, ROI.
  • Skilled in designing influencer marketing strategies from planning, execution, to performance review.
  • Able to negotiate contracts and KOL fees based on allocated budget.
  • Strong in negotiation, relationship management, good communication skill verbal and non-verbal.
  • Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and provide post-campaign performance reports
