Job summary

PT Infosys Solusi Terpadu in Jakarta seeks a Senior Backend Developer with strong Java experience to design, develop, and optimize complex backend systems. You will work with Spring (Boot, MVC) and Hibernate, building RESTful APIs and microservices for banking solutions.

You will optimize databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB), work with distributed systems and message queues, and implement Docker/Kubernetes deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java
• Expertise in Spring (Boot, MVC) and Hibernate
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proficient with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka and asynchronous programming
• Familiar with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on CI/CD using Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Strong multithreading/concurrency skills
• Experience in Banking/Internet Banking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Optimize database performance and write efficient queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Work with distributed systems and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous programming
• Ensure clean code, design patterns, and OOP principles
• Implement Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product managers to deliver complete software solutions
