We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior IT Sales to lead strategic sales activities, develop strong client partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple service lines.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT/SaaS sales (Must).
Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, POS, HRIS, and custom software.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—independently.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
Identify high-value opportunities and drive sales for software development, mobile apps, hosting, and server solutions.
Build and execute effective sales strategies targeting mid to large enterprises.
Expand market presence through networking, partnerships, and industry insights.
2. Client Consultation & Account Management
Understand complex business challenges and provide tailored, high-impact IT solutions.
Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and solution walkthroughs.
Manage key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Negotiation & Closing
Lead commercial discussions, prepare contract terms, and ensure smooth deal closure.
Work closely with technical and project teams to align client expectations with delivery scope.
Monitor KPIs, track pipeline performance, and report market feedback to management.
Provide insights on trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.
Mentor junior sales members when required.
