Qualifications

• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Implement project communications including status reports and meetings.
• Liaison with project assurance representatives to assure overall project integrity.
• Manage project risks and issues while implementing mitigation plans.

Role Purpose

Oversee project status and technical resource availabilities to ensure all projects can be managed and completed within timeline

Responsibilities

• Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio
• Perform project team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
• Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports
• Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
• Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
