Overview

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Help lead Network Engineer to provide network solutions and support on the ALTO product development and customer service. Provide network design and traffic flow during the product design phase; provide network configuration and support based on the network design and traffic flow specified in the design phase.
• Operational Management: Support other division activities as needed based on service requests; perform configuration changes required by business needs.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with all internal IT Infrastructure teams (Network, Server, DBA, Sysapps, IT Automation) and with other divisions, especially key collaboration divisions (Product, PMO, App Support, Development).
• Good Corporate Governance: Conduct risk/findings audits and vulnerability assessments to be remediated; ensure communication to internal/external stakeholders when activities related to the network team scope affect customer products and services; perform all configuration changes via ALTO\'s PAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
• Certified Network Associate (CCNA, JNCIA, MTCNA, HCNA, etc) or preferably Certified Network Professional Level (CCNP, JNCIP, HCNP, MTCRE, etc)
• ITIL Certification will be an advantage
