Qualifications

• Ensure BAU and operational delivery based on current SLA.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all IT Infrastructure teams.

Job Description

Building reliable database system with the best performance, high integrity and securable. Also involved in the planning and development of the database infratructure design as well as in maintaining and troubleshooting any database issues on behalf of the users.

Responsibilities

• Help DBA Lead and IT Infra Manager to provide Database System to support on the ALTO Product and services development
• Follow standards and best practices for database and continuously improve the database infrastructure.
• Provide Database System and Design on the Product Design Phase based on user needs; good understanding of user needs and deliver the expected outcomes
• Support other division activities when needed based on service requests; perform database configuration changes needed as per business requirement
• Ensure BAU and operational delivery based on current SLA
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with all internal IT Infrastructure teams (Network, Server, DBA, Sysapps, IT Automation)
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other divisions, especially key collaboration divisions (Product, PMO, App Support, Development)
• Risk/Findings audit and Vulnerability Assessment to be remediated
• Ensure communication to any internal/external stakeholders when activities related to the database team scope may impact customer products and services
• Perform all database changes via ALTO's PAM
