Our client is seeking an experienced and independent Senior Internal Auditor to join their globally distributed team, focusing on operations in Palembang and beyond. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can conduct comprehensive audits remotely, assessing risks, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance across various business units.

You will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and financial integrity, providing key insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and risk management.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and audit management software.
• Excellent remote communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute remote internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Assess risks and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit findings remotely.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different geographic locations.
