Job summary

Am Badar & Am Badar is seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to lead the end-to-end audit process, evaluating the internal control system, company rules, and policies. The role focuses on risk-based fieldwork, identifying gaps, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.

You will work closely with management to communicate findings and support continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in internal audit, a BNSP-certified IA, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Certification of Internal Audit from BNSP (Min. Level 1).
• Familiar with Framework Audit (GIAS/COSO).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Carrying the entire audit process of the internal control system, company rules and policies.
• Analyzing the findings and evaluating differences in depth.
• End to End Audit Fieldwork.
• Risk Based Audit.
• Monitoring the results of Internal Audit (Action Plan Audit).
