Molly Studio is expanding! We are an interior design agency specializing in high-end luxury villas, hotels, and commercial spaces across Bali’s most iconic locations. We are looking for a creative, tech-forward Senior Interior Designer to act as the right hand to our Founder and lead projects from initial concept to final site handover.

The Role

This is a 360° position. You won't just be behind a desk; you will be the bridge between the creative vision and the physical reality on-site.

Concept & Creation: Develop full design concepts, mood boards, and shopping lists using Canva and AI tools.

Technical Mastery: Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D models (SketchUp), and comprehensive technical plans for construction.

Visulas: Utilize advanced tools to accelerate the brainstorming and generate professional 3D renderings.

Sourcing & Production: Research unique supplies and manage quality control with local and international suppliers.

Site Supervision: Conduct site visits and contractor meetings across the Bukit (Ungasan/Uluwatu) and Canggu/Pererenan areas.

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in high-end residential or hospitality projects (strong portfolio and references mandatory).

Tech Stack: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (Advanced), Rendering software, and Canva.

AI Proficiency: You must be "AI-native"—adaptable, a quick learner, and ready to integrate AI into the design workflow.

Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to interact with international clients and the team.

Logistics: * Must own a powerful laptop capable of handling complex 3D models and a reliable smartphone.

Must have a valid driving license and own transportation (Motorbike/Car).

Availability for 2 days/week of meetings in Ungasan, with travel to sites in Canggu/Pererenan as needed.
