You will be responsible for maintaining quality control throughout the implementation process, managing comprehensive project documentation, and overseeing procurement and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven site experience, and the ability to drive projects from design intent to final handover with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the backend execution of interior design projects, ensuring seamless integration from design to implementation.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure all project components are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Maintain strict quality control during the execution phase, ensuring that all design elements are implemented according to specifications.
• Manage and organize comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and furnishings, ensuring timely arrivals and proper installation.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within scope.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
