The role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to execution. You will play a key role in shaping design direction, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior designers while working closely with the studio director and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to final documentation
• Develop strong design narratives, moodboards, layouts, and FF&E selections
• Produce and review detailed drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Manage timelines, priorities, and design quality across projects
• Guide and support junior designers in their development
• Participate in client presentations and key decision moments

Required experience and skills

• 4+ years of experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio in residential and/or hospitality projects
• Excellent design sensibility with attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (or similar)
• Solid understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes
• Experience taking projects from concept through construction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led environment
