Responsibilities

• General Inspection
• Inspect and monitor the handling of feedback and reports.
• Conduct inspections of cases related to compliance with processes and regulations in production as required.
• Propose and implement specialized inspection programs to detect violations in key areas, large‑scale issues, or serious non‑compliance within the production and quality control system.
• Technical Inspection of Production and Suppliers
• Inspect the implementation and execution of optimization/improvement items that have been reported, including evaluation of optimization quality, production line improvements, and the rationale and effectiveness of process enhancements at manufacturing workshops.
• Inspect supplier quality management activities, the process of coordinating with suppliers (SUs) when quality issues related to components arise, and ensure that new product development programs meet three key requirements: on‑time delivery, quality compliance, and on‑schedule approval of production processes (PPAP).

Requirements

• Graduated from a university with a major in Engineering (IT, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical–Electronics, etc.) or other relevant fields with proven experience in Inspection or Quality Control related to Automobiles/Motorcycles/Electronic Devices.
• Possess 5–15 years of experience in Research & Development, Quality Control, or Inspection in fields related to Automobiles, Motorcycles, or Electronic Devices.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a growth mindset, the ability to work under high pressure, and the capability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
• Not afraid of challenges, willing to take on leadership roles, honest and straightforward, with logical thinking, strong critical reasoning, and flexible communication skills.
