Job summary

Pt Bumi Berkah Boga in Semarang seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer specializing in Supply Chain to optimize logistics, inventory, and distribution, driving cost efficiency and service improvements across the end-to-end network. You will analyze current operations, design improved workflows, and lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.

A minimum of 5+ years in industrial engineering with a supply chain focus is required, along with expertise in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain optimization.
Proven expertise in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, to identify inefficiencies.
Design and implement optimized logistics and distribution network strategies.
Develop and utilize advanced forecasting and inventory management models.
Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency throughout the supply chain.
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.
Manage and track key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) and report on progress.
