Responsibilities
  • Build a well-resourced, competent, and credible HR function over time
  • Take responsibility for talent acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Establish yourself as a trusted HR leader, earning the respect of stakeholders and their leadership teams
  • Ensure diligent maintenance of HR records and policy compliance
  • Create and implement structured training plans for managers and employees
  • Manage total rewards, manpower planning, mobility, employee engagement, and HRIS implementation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years\' experience in HR generalist leadership roles within multinational organisations
  • Experience in managing large headcounts
  • Broad experience in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and practices
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
  • Experience in the agriculture sector is an advantage
