Responsible for all HR functions at the mall.

Control and supervise the performance of OBs, messengers, and drivers to achieve maximum work efficiency.

Arrange coordination with other departments regarding messenger staff for management, including the distribution of letters from important documents in operations.

Receive and release goods in the building, and prepare a report on the stock of goods.

Maintain company assets to stay safe and neat.

Manage licensing for company needs.

Prepare legal documents and lease agreements.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in all backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).
  • Have a positive attitude.
  • Good working knowledge of administrative procedures and ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in compliance with the organization’s regulations.
