Job summary

A leading creative space in Bali is seeking a Senior Hairstylist / Top Stylist to deliver expert services, mentor junior stylists, and provide consultations. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a modern salon and possess strong expertise in advanced coloring and cutting. English communication skills are required. This position offers a competitive salary with commissions and additional benefits including relocation support.

Job description

RASA GAYA is a creative space where hair, face & clothes meet. With 2 premium studios in Bali and a growing international clientele, we are looking for a Senior Hairstylist / Top Stylist to join our dynamic team.

What we offer:

• Salary IDR 10–15M + 15% commission (earnings up to 20–30M+)
• Official contract (12 months) + BPJS insurance + holiday allowance
• Paid overtime (x2 hourly rate)

• Relocation support (ticket bonus for candidates from other islands)

Your role:

• Deliver expert services in cutting, coloring & treatments
• Provide professional consultations and build trust with clients
• Mentor and guide junior stylists
• Maintain brand quality and service standards

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in a modern salon with international clients
• Strong expertise in advanced coloring, blonding & cutting
• Experience with European hair types is a must
• Confident, precise, with leadership qualities
• English communication skills (B1/B2 or above preferred)
