We are seeking an established hairstylist with strong technical expertise, excellent client consultation skills, and a genuine passion for hair artistry. The ideal candidate must be confident working independently, have strong knowledge of different hair types and textures, including perm services, and consistently deliver high-quality results and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

Perform professional hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage and other relevant salon treatments.

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of different hair types, textures, conditions, and appropriate treatment techniques.

Demonstrate expertise in perming services including appropriate techniques to achieve different desired styles and results.

Perform professional cutting and styling techniques suited to different hair lengths, styles, and textures.

Conduct thorough client consultations in English to understand individual preferences, assess hair conditions, and recommend suitable services.

Deliver consistent high-quality results while maintaining professional salon standards.

Provide personalized recommendations for hair care routines, treatments, and suitable retail products.

Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings through excellent service.

Follow salon procedures, service standards, and health and safety guidelines.
