As a Senior Growth Marketing and Communication Officer, you will be pivotal in driving growth strategies and enhancing our brand presence in the digital landscape. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with a hands‑on approach to execute marketing campaigns that not only engage but also convert our target audiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.

Your responsibilities but not limited to
  • Design and implement innovative growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive communication plans that enhance brand visibility and reinforce our market position.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure a unified approach in reaching and engaging customers.
  • Leverage digital marketing platforms and tools to optimize campaign performance and boost ROI.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, improving engagement through various digital channels.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance collaboration and achieve campaign goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, communication, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or digital industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
