Job summary

Rak Kopi in Bali seeks a certified Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic group classes at our Denpasar studio. You will design engaging workouts, tailor sessions to all fitness levels, and ensure safety and enjoyment for participants.

This hybrid role combines on-site class delivery with remote planning of content and marketing materials. You will foster a supportive fitness community and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current certification from ACE, NASM, or AFAA.
• Proven experience as a group fitness instructor.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy.
• Excellent motivational and communication skills.
• Ability to plan remotely and deliver in-person classes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead safe and effective group fitness classes (e.g., yoga, HIIT, cycling).
• Adapt class content to accommodate participants of different fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrate exercises, and offer modifications as needed.
• Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio and equipment.
