Job summary

The role requires coordination with internal teams and external consultants, timely reporting, and attending agency offices as needed. The candidate should have a law/related degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and willingness to obtain tax proxy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Taxation, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company before government agencies under power of attorney (tax office, customs, investment ministry, manpower office, regional government).
• Prepare for summons or meetings: gather documents, coordinate with internal departments and external consultants (tax, customs broker, legal counsel).
• Deliver written reports in Mandarin/English after meetings, covering outcomes, commitments, deadlines, and follow up until resolution.
