Job summary

PT Mutiara Indah Anugrah is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to take over development and maintenance of the company’s HRIS used across multiple sites in Indonesia. You will work on a fully custom system handling employee data, contracts, attendance, payroll, leave, and HR reporting.

You will maintain a Node.js/Express REST API backend and Vue.js 3 frontend, deploy with Docker on Linux, and ensure robust data integrity and security across the HR platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for REST API development.
• Experience with Sequelize ORM and PostgreSQL (or similar relational database).
• Working knowledge of Vue.js 3.
• Comfortable working with Docker and deploying applications on Linux servers.
• Basic understanding of Nginx as a reverse proxy.
• Ability to read, understand, and extend an existing codebase without greenfield guidance.
• Familiarity with JWT authentication and role-based access control.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have good communication skill and be a hard-working, energetic, disciplined, and honest learner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the existing Node.js/Express REST API backend
• Develop and maintain Vue.js 3 frontend interfaces for the HR dashboard and staff-facing applications
• Handle routine bug fixes, data corrections, and HR team support requests
• Write and maintain Sequelize ORM queries and PostgreSQL database logic
• Manage Docker-based deployment on a Linux VPS behind Nginx
• Generate and maintain Excel and PDF report outputs for HR operations
• Implement new HR features as directed by management and the HR team
• Keep environment configuration, .env files, and deployment scripts up to date
• Handle basic server monitoring and respond to downtime incidents
