Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or Fullstack Engineer.

• Worked in an agile environment with good grasp of agile cadence.
• Strong experience in Javascript and ECMA script; TypeScript is a plus.
• Good understanding of application security and writing secure codes.

• Deliver implemented and deployed features/products in alignment with business requirements and UI/UX designs, achieving a requirement fulfillment rate based on initial specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Achieve measurable user adoption, tracked through the number of active users utilizing the feature/product and the feature usage rate.
• Document user feedback analysis to serve as a foundation for continuous product quality improvement.
• Conduct research on best development practices, effectively utilizing tools and frameworks to enhance application quality, performance, security, and maintainability, while performing code refactoring to reduce technical debt and improve reusability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with Major IT
• Min. 5 years of experiences as Frontend Engineer or Fullstack Engineer
• Familiar with Web & Mobile Developer (ReactJs, flutter)
• Worked in agile environment and has good graps of agile cadence
• Strong experience in Javascript and ECMA script. Experience in typescript is a plus.
• Good experience in HTML5 nad CSS (layoout, responsive design)
• Good understanding in application security, authentication and writing secure codes.
• Experience in CSS framework or UI component libraries.
• Experience in writing unit and integration test and modern testing framework (e.g cypress, mocha, chai)
• Strong understanding in version control (Git), package managers (npm), module bundlers (Webpack).
