UPartners (Wellness subholding) are seeking a Senior Finance Staff to join our growing team and oversee end‑to‑end financial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while providing strong financial insight to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance with Indonesian regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing financial data and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional departments for expense control and financial accuracy.
- Review payment requests, invoices, and journal entries to ensure completeness and validity.
- Provide financial analysis to support management decisions and business growth initiatives.
- Assist in developing and improving internal financial procedures and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (experience in a group company or wellness/retail industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to work Hybrid in West Jakarta.
