Job summary

A leading manpower consulting firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to handle financial reporting, payroll, and compliance with Indonesian tax laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports.

Job description
Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.

Ensure timely and accurate month‑end closing.

Maintain general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support the Finance Manager in preparing management reports and analysis.

Costing & Inventory Management

Perform product costing and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Coordinate and participate in periodic stock takes, ensuring proper reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.

Monitor and control cost efficiency across departments.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Manage and process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

Handle statutory contributions and payments including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21 (Employee Income Tax), and other local payroll‑related obligations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local tax laws and employment regulations.

Taxation & Audit

Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports as required.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when necessary.

Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations.

Other Duties

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Identify process improvement opportunities within finance operations.

Perform any other finance‑related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of working experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and payroll regulations (including BPJS and PPh21).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
