Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, such as balance sheets, bank statements, and other key financial records.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and liquidity monitoring.
- Oversee tax filing processes, including VAT, income tax, and withholding taxes.
- Prepare and review tax returns, tax reports, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the accounting and finance team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to manager.
