Job summary

A leading finance operations company based in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Finance Operations professional. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound payments, performing reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position is on-site at the Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in updating daily banking reports and cash flow information.
• Ensure payment-related documentation is completed for audits.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of reconciliations.

Job description

Process inbound and outbound payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions.

Perform daily reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies and ensuring accounts are balanced.

Assist in updating and maintaining daily banking reports, providing accurate cash flow and banking information to management.

Ensure all payment‑related documentation is complete and filed for audit & tax purposes.

Assist with monthly closing activities, including preparation of reconciliations and supporting financial data.

Coordinate with banks, payment gateways and internal departments to resolve any payment or banking issues.

Provide cost reports for ongoing projects.

Assist in handling department operations & providing daily reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, specifically in payments and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Willing to be full working on‑site (WFO) at Head Office Travelio (Haji Nawi, South Jakarta).
