Principal Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall Community Marketing Program and In-House Marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Community Marketing and In-House teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Drive innovation in lead generation, customer engagement, and promotional strategies to achieve and exceed departmental KPIs.

  • Ensure all Community Marketing and In-House activities operate in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee accurate and timely month-end reporting and business reviews in accordance with company procedures.

Operational & Financial Performance
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring the department meets or exceeds targets in production, revenue, and cost efficiency.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Member Services, Finance, HR) to optimize processes and maximize overall program effectiveness.

  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive profitability and operational excellence.

People Leadership & Development
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team that embodies the HEART service culture and core values of Integrity, Leadership, Innovation, and Growth.

  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous learning and career development.

  • Identify and implement targeted training and upskilling programs to strengthen team capabilities and readiness for growth.

  • Define and communicate clear responsibilities, objectives, and performance expectations for all field marketing personnel.

  • Extensive leadership experience Field Marketing, Community Marketing, or related sales and marketing roles in Timeshare industry.

  • Proven track record in strategic program management, team leadership, and achieving measurable business.

  • Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, lead generation, and conversion optimization within a hospitality or service environment.

  • Exceptional people management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross‑functional teams.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize company‑specific systems and analytics tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

  • Presents as a professional role model and brand ambassador for Accor Vacation Club.
