Job summary

You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration to ensure smooth execution and alignment with SOPs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in farming operations, strong workforce management, and vendor coordination, plus Excel skills for reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of experience in modern farming operations, agritech, poultry, livestock, or large-scale site operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple departments.
• Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Administration.
• Support workforce planning, attendance, onboarding, shift scheduling, and employee discipline with HR.
• Oversee operational facilities including staff accommodation, utilities, sanitation, canteen operations, transportation, and general affairs.
• Ensure accurate submission of documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and departmental reports.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock requests, and internal logistics coordination.
• Enforce site security protocols, biosecurity procedures, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for operations and infrastructure support.
• Support system implementations, digital tracking, and continuous improvement programs.
