Responsibilities

Oversee daily engineering and maintenance operations across all property facilities
Ensure all equipment, machinery, and building systems are properly maintained and functioning
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
Supervise, guide, and support engineering staff in daily tasks and technical troubleshooting
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Manage maintenance records, reports, and documentation
Assist management in planning repairs, upgrades, and technical improvements
