Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Regional & HQ Coordination: Liaise with HQ for strategic and operational implementations; align field activities with global directives.
  • Technical Training & Enablement: Train and maintain the skillsets of regional engineers in equipment operations, RIP software, Adobe tools, color management, and spectrophotometry.
  • Technology Updates: Coordinate with HQ and vendors to keep engineers updated on new printer models, software revisions, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Sales Cycle Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage the customer lifecycle from requirements gathering to sample preparation and solution proposals.
  • Marketing Support: Produce samples and participate in trade shows, demos, and showroom activities to showcase capabilities.
  • Pre Installation Guidance: Advise customers on pre installation requirements (equipment, software, site layout, infrastructure) to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing and resolving presales-related technical issues pre and post installation, working cross functionally as needed.
  • Vendor Network Development: Establish and maintain a network of third party equipment providers and vendors to support customer needs.
  • Showroom & Demo Management: Ensure smooth operations of showrooms, evaluations, sample production, and product demonstrations.
  • Substrate & Application Evaluation: Support and maintain evaluations of new substrates and applications, documenting best practices and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Textile Technology, Printing, or a closely related field is desirable or a related field from a well-known university is preferable (GPA Min 3.00).
  • Overall 5 years experience with +2 years of experience in digital textile printing or presales support.
  • Familiarity with textile production processes and machinery is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of RIP software, Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop/Illustrator), color management workflows, and spectrophotometry.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and demo delivery skills. Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and clear proposals.
General Requirements
  • Minimum GPA 3.00. Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus).
  • Pleasant interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player, independent, able to work under pressure to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in both PC and Mac, MS Office applications.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, trainings, demos, and trade shows as required.
