Job description

Our client is a Construction (EPC) company. Currently, they are looking for Senior Engineer Estimator.

Job Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for 150kV substations, including High Voltage (HV) equipment and apparatus, Remote Control Panels (RCP), Substation Automation Systems (SAS), Power Transformers, Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) for Power Transformers, Station Service Transformers, and DC Power Supply systems.
• Design electrical systems for Medium Voltage (MV) networks and distribution transformers, ensuring compliance with technical standards and operational requirements.
• Analyze, understand, and implement synchronizing systems and perform system modifications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement testing and commissioning concepts for 150kV substations, MV substations, LV systems, system modifications, and substation maintenance or inspection activities.
• Prepare and review essential engineering documents, including SingleLineDiagrams (SLD), Project Schedules, Project Organization Charts, Scope of Work (SOW), Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, and Technical Particular Guarantees.
• Identify, analyze, and assess project risks during the inquiry and design stages to ensure technical and commercial viability.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering/ArusKuat).
• High conversational English or above.
• 13-15 years of experience as Electrical Engineer & estimator in the EPC or Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge in electrical equipment esp. MV Panel, LV Panel, Generator, & Transformer; able to use electrical testing equipment & tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• HSE / K3 certification.
