COSCO seeks a Technical Expert, Electrical & Instrumentation in Papua, Indonesia. The role focuses on leading engineering design, development, cost estimation, and procurement for construction projects, while ensuring safety, standards compliance, and timely delivery.

The incumbent will train national engineers, manage capital budgets, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and eight years of related experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge of engineering design and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Direct, plan, organize, and promote technical and professional development within the group.
• Evaluate capital expenditures through cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations.
• Lead design and construction teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review calculations, drawings, and specs for compliance with standards.
• Ensure field inspections, reporting, and safety procedures are followed.
