Job description

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to lead Sugarbaby’s e-commerce operations — overseeing daily activities, guiding the team, monitoring performance, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting both pre-sales and after-sales processes.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the e-commerce admin team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare monthly performance reports (response time, complaints, return rate, product ratings).
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure proper order processing and invoicing accuracy.
• Review HTO reseller orders and ensure pricing compliance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for daily stock accuracy and marketplace updates.
• Develop and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Supervise live shopping activities and monitor performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of pre-sales and after-sales processes.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong problem solver.
• Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
