• At least 3 years of digital media planning experience in an agency context.
• Ability to translate data into a point of view rather than just reporting numbers.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and challenging assumptions.
• Curiosity about AI, creators, commerce, culture, technology, and digital trends.
• Commercial awareness and ability to think about investment and business outcomes.
• Natural collaborator who can unite different specialists.

Responsibilities

• Turn business questions into digital strategies by connecting audience behavior, data, market context, and client objectives.
• Own digital planning across key accounts, translating strategy into channel, audience, format, budget, and measurement decisions.
• Challenge briefs with a clear point of view on where digital can create impact.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Investment, Performance, Creative, Commerce, and Data teams to build integrated solutions.
• Read data to identify opportunities, problems, and improvements for future decisions.
• Influence clients with clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
