Job description

Bobo Tokyo is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to drive online growth across our owned e-commerce (bobotokyo.com) and marketplace channels. You will manage performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and conversion optimization to increase traffic, sales, and customer retention. Ideal for someone data-driven with experience in fashion or e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance & Paid Marketing

Run and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok to achieve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and revenue targets.

Monitor and analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement.

2. Owned E-Commerce – bobotokyo.com

Increase website traffic, conversion rate, and online revenue.

Improve user experience, product pages, landing pages, and checkout flow.

Execute A/B tests to improve CVR and AOV.

Implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.

Grow sales through marketplace ads (SPC, CPAS), keyword optimisation, and promo planning.

Coordinate with marketplace teams on campaigns (Payday, twindate, etc.).

Track marketplace KPIs including CR, search rank, traffic, and promo ROI.

4. CRM & Retention

Manage email/whatsapp campaigns, automated flows, and segmentation to drive repeat purchases.

Support loyalty and retention initiatives to increase LTV.

5. Reporting & Insights

Build performance dashboards using GA4, Ads Manager, and marketplace analytics.

Deliver insights and recommendations to support growth decisions.

Requirements

3+ years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce preferred).

Strong understanding of paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Experience managing both e-commerce websites and marketplace platforms.

Familiar with GA4, tracking setup, funnels, and attribution.

Hands-on with CRM/email automation tools.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Passion for fashion and Japanese minimalist aesthetics is a plus.
