We are seeking a Senior Delivery Microsoft – Modern Work professional to join our delivery team. The role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Modern Work solutions, ensuring projects are executed with technical excellence, on schedule, and aligned with client business outcomes. This position requires deep hands‑on expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, strong project delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of Modern Work projects covering Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Viva.
- Translate solution designs into actionable delivery plans, ensuring technical accuracy and quality throughout project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery engineers and consultants during implementation phases.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to ensure alignment between design, delivery, and customer expectations.
- Conduct configuration, migration, and integration activities for Microsoft 365 workloads following best practices and security standards.
- Support pre‑sales and proposal development by providing delivery insights, effort estimations, and technical validation.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Prepare delivery documentation including project plans, implementation guides, testing results, and operational handover materials.
- Continuously enhance delivery methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing across the Modern Work practice.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering Microsoft 365 / Modern Work solutions in enterprise or large‑scale environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and related M365 services.
- Proven track record in managing or leading technical delivery teams.
- Experience with data migration, identity integration (Entra ID/Azure AD), and hybrid environment configuration.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS‑100, MS‑101, MS‑700, or MS‑720 are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
