Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a data science professional to turn large data sets into actionable insights. You will build and monitor machine learning models, deploy predictors in real-time decision systems, and support multiple internal teams with analytics and automation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative fields, 3+ years in modelling, strong Python (scikit-learn, PySpark), SQL, Power BI, Airflow, Git, and data visualization tools; NLP a plus; excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative fields.
• Minimum 3 years in a modelling/data science team.
• Proficient with Python for data science and SQL queries.
• Experience with PySpark, Power BI, Apache Airflow, Git.
• Solid understanding of predictive modelling using statistical and ML methods.
• NLP knowledge and Hadoop ecosystem familiarity are a plus.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, agile environment.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Build machine learning models and monitor results for internal departments and partners.
• Deploy predictors or models in Real Time Decision Engine (Python based).
• Share knowledge with teammates and act as expert consultant for Big Data and Scoring.
