Job summary

QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to solve complex business problems using state-of-the-art ML and statistics. You will lead R&D efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior data scientists to accelerate impact across industries.

You will work with data engineers, ML engineers, and designers to build end-to-end analytics solutions, shaping the R&D roadmap for deep learning and AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's or PhD in a relevant discipline such as computer science, ML, statistics, mathematics, engineering or AI.
• 5+ years of deep technical experience in distributed computing, ML, and statistics related work.
• Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Solve the hardest business problems with ML and statistical methods across industries.
• Lead R&D efforts to bring the latest deep learning advances to the world economy.
• Mentor other data scientists and help grow their knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Influence and help shape the R&D roadmap for QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey on deep learning.
