Lead development of machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.

Manage end-to-end data science projects from scoping to deployment.

Collaborate with business and tech teams to define data-driven strategies.

Interpret data insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in the team.

Decide on modeling approaches, algorithms, and tools used in projects.

Approve model deployment and performance standards.

Recommend platforms, frameworks, and technologies for data science.

Provide input on data strategy and product development decisions.

Authorized to pursue relevant training and certification in data science and analytics to support team and personal growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Technical Information / Information System / Industry Engineering or any major with minimum GPA 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).

Having 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist.

3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing data science projects.

Expertise in Python/R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

Strong statistical analysis, data mining, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to learn and adapt to various platforms like Snowflake (Snowpark), Agent AI, and other emerging data science tools.

Excellent communication skills and business acumen to connect data insights with strategic goals.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.

Willing to be assigned in Lombok (based on project requirements).

Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if required.
