Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to collect and interpret large datasets to support business decisions. You will design and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, build data models, and ensure data quality across data warehouses.

The role requires 3–5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver insightful reports and automate recurring analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Data Warehouse, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Good data visualization best practices and reporting.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Build and optimize data models, data marts, and data warehouse solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation for accuracy.
• Analyze KPIs and operational performance to provide insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Develop and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
• Identify data quality issues and suggest governance improvements.
• Create documentation for data models, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and BI initiatives.
