Experience: 4+ years as Data Analyst

Background: Bachelor's degree from Computer, Informatics, Math, Statistic, or other related fields

Comfortable facing Ops, Sales, and beyond to uncover what matters most.

Knows how to highlight insights that actually move the business, not just report numbers.

Can align data with strategy, so decisions aren't just smart, they're also impactful.

Your scope of work

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Use statistical methods to validate hypotheses and perform a/b testing analysis.

Provide ad-hoc insights for business problems.

Design and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).

Ensure consistency of KPIs and metrics across teams.

Translate business needs into standardized reporting.

Enable self-service analytics for non-technical teams.

• Technical Tools: SQL, Python; GCP experienced is plus; transformation tools (DBT) is plus
