Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Corporate Secretary to support legal, compliance, licensing, and board administration in line with Indonesian law and OJK/IDX rules. The role coordinates with regulators, external counsel, and cross-border Group stakeholders, and manages GMS/RUPS documentation and corporate records.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, 3+ years in a listed company, hands-on experience with IDXnet, SPE‑OJK, KSEI, OSS RBA, and AHU Online, and strong English (Mandarin a bonus);

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as Corporate Secretary, Legal Officer, or Compliance Officer in a PT Tbk.
• Hands-on experience with IDXnet, SPE‑OJK, KSEI, OSS RBA and AHU Online.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Company Law, OJK/IDX regulations, and labor rules.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate secretarial and public company compliance activities.
• Handle regulatory submissions and maintain corporate records and licenses.
• Support GMS/RUPS documentation, announcements, resolutions, and filings.
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with regulators, external counsel, and cross-border stakeholders.
