Responsibilities

Advise the company on legal, contractual and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and minimizing risk exposure

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and partners

Represent the company in legal proceedings, administrative hearings and other official matters

Provide legal advice on labor, corporate and commercial law issues

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes that may impact business operations

Coordinate with external law firms for specialized legal cases and ensure alignment with company interests

Qualifications

Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer in a similar role

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) with a valid bar membership

Solid understanding of labor, commercial and contractual legislation

Experience in the construction or real estate industry would be a plus

Tax law knowledge will be considered would be a plus
